So, Instantly.ai is not exactly getting you clients… instantly with AI. (As they PROMISED!)

Well, you are not alone.

Instantly.ai is still a solid tool.

But if you want a tool that gives you accurate lead data, deliverability, CRM, verification, and AI under one roof, it may not feel like the most complete or cost-effective option anymore ($150–$250/month).

By the end of this blog, you’ll know:

  • The 8 best Instantly.ai alternatives
  • How they compare in features, pricing, and user reviews
  • Which platform is the best fit for your outbound workflow

And since we have a horse in this race, I made sure to do the homework properly.

I logged into each tool and went through G2 reviews, Reddit discussions, pricing pages, and real user feedback to understand where each platform genuinely shines and where it falls short.

Ready? Let’s get into it.

Instantly.ai Alternatives- TOC

TL;DR —  8 Best Instantly.ai Alternatives in 2026

My list includes eight cold outreach tools that offer stronger performance in different areas than Instantly, depending on what you need.

Here’s a quick side-by-side comparison of the top 8 Instantly competitors 👇🏼

Tool Where It Beats Instantly.ai Pricing
Saleshandy High-volume cold outreach campaigns with strong deliverability and real-time verified lead data that Instantly does not offer. $25/mo
Lemlist Personalization that Instantly cannot match. Custom images, videos, and dynamic landing pages built into multichannel sequences. $31/user/mo
Woodpecker Simpler setup for small teams with condition-based campaigns, a clean UI, and a 14-day free trial to test before committing. $24/mo
Smartlead High-volume sending with inbox rotation and a built-in CRM. Closest to Instantly in functionality, but warm-up costs $59/mo extra on lower plans. $32/mo
Apollo Deeper prospecting with intent filters, AI research, and enrichment features that Instantly does not offer. $49/user/mo
Klenty AI-powered adaptive playbooks that adjust sequences based on prospect behavior. Multichannel cadences across email, calls, LinkedIn, and SMS. $50/user/mo
Snov.io Email finder and cold outreach combined in one credit system. Full deliverability toolkit included at a lower price point than Instantly. $29.25/mo
Reply.io AI SDR agent Jason finds prospects and handles responses autonomously. The most advanced AI automation on this list. $49/user/mo

8 Best Alternatives to Instantly.ai

I have shared a detailed review of the 8 best tools that stand out as strong Instantly alternatives.

You will see what each one does well, where they fall short, and which tool is most likely to fit your workflow the best.

Let’s get into the details!

1. Saleshandy

G2 Rating: ⭐ 4.7/5

Best For: Agencies, scaling sales teams, and founders who want prospecting, outreach, CRM, and deliverability in one platform — without paying for each separately.

Saleshandy is a complete outbound platform where you can find leads from an 852M+ verified B2B database, run AI-powered email sequences, manage prospect conversations in a built-in CRM, and monitor deliverability, all from one dashboard.

The reason I am putting it at the top of this list of Instantly.ai alternatives is simple. Most alternatives to Instantly solve one or two of the gaps I mentioned earlier. Saleshandy covers all of them under a single subscription starting at $25/mo.

What makes Saleshandy a stronger Instantly alternative?

The biggest difference between Saleshandy and Instantly comes down to how much you get before you need to pay extra.

With Instantly, the outreach tool, lead database, and CRM are three separate products with separate pricing.

So if you want all three working together, you are looking at $130 to $250/mo depending on the plans you pick.

Here is where Saleshandy pulls ahead.

1. Larger, Real-Time Verified Lead Database

Finding accurate prospect data is half the battle in cold outreach. If your contact list is outdated or unverified, you burn through sending reputation before your first reply comes in.

Saleshandy’s Lead Finder gives you access to over 852 million verified B2B contacts and 60M+ company profiles. You can filter by job title, industry, location, company size, and revenue, then push leads straight into a sequence or the CRM without switching tools.

Every contact is verified in real time at the point of reveal, so you are not paying credits for dead emails.

Instantly’s database (SuperSearch) offers 450M+ contacts starting at $47/mo. Saleshandy’s Lead Finder starts at $49/mo with nearly double the database size and real-time verification included.

2. AI-Powered Outreach That Does Not Run on Separate Credits

Writing sequences from scratch for every campaign slows teams down, especially at scale.

Saleshandy includes an AI multichannel sequence generator that builds complete email sequences from your website data, AI reply categorization that auto-labels responses (interested, not interested, booked, out of office), and AI lead enrichment to pull fresh prospect data before outreach begins.

Instantly offers AI features as well, but most of them run on a separate credit system that is purchased independently from the outreach plan. With Saleshandy, AI capabilities are built into the outreach plans.

3. Built-in Outbound CRM (Currently Free)

Managing cold email replies across multiple inboxes without a CRM means leads slip through the cracks. Most outbound teams end up paying for a separate CRM just to track who responded and what stage they are in.

Saleshandy includes an outbound CRM designed specifically for cold email workflows.

You get a Kanban board to track prospect stages, a full activity timeline for every contact, and the ability to send 1:1 emails, add notes, and create follow-up tasks from one view. It is currently available at no extra cost on all outreach plans.

Instantly has a CRM as well, but it is a separate product with its own pricing. With Saleshandy, CRM access comes included.

4. Full Deliverability Suite on Every Plan

If your emails land in spam, nothing else matters.

Deliverability features are not something you should need to pay extra for.

Every Saleshandy plan includes unlimited email warm-up through TrulyInbox, bounce detection, ESP matching, and sender rotation. You do not need to upgrade to a higher plan to access deliverability controls.

Saleshandy also offers an Inbox Placement Test as a separate add-on if you want to monitor exactly where your emails land across different providers.

With Instantly, the core outreach plan includes warm-up and sender rotation, but advanced deliverability features like SISR (spam inbox recovery) and private deliverability networks are locked behind the Light Speed ($286/mo annual) and Enterprise tiers.

5. Agency-Ready at Scale

Agencies managing multiple clients should not have to pay per client or per workspace just to keep campaigns organized.

You get agency features by Saleshandy from Scale ($139/mo) and Scale Plus ($209/mo) plans, you can add unlimited clients with white-labeling included.

There are no per-client fees, no separate workspace subscriptions, and no limits on team members.

Instantly does not have a dedicated agency plan.

Each client typically requires a separate workspace, and managing 10+ clients on Instantly can push monthly costs past $700 depending on the plan tier.

For a detailed breakdown, read this blog: Saleshandy Vs Instantly

Pros of Saleshandy

  • 852M+ verified B2B database with real-time verification at point of reveal
  • Built-in outbound CRM with Kanban pipeline and prospect activity timeline (currently free)
  • Unlimited email accounts and warm-up on every plan
  • Built-in outbound CRM with Kanban pipeline and prospect timeline
  • Unlimited email accounts and warm-up on every plan
  • AI sequence generator, AI reply categorization, and AI lead enrichment included
  • Multichannel sequence steps for email, LinkedIn, calls, and WhatsApp
  • Unlimited clients with white-labeling on Scale plans for agencies
  • Inbox Placement Test available as an add-on for deliverability monitoring

Cons of Saleshandy

  • 7-day free trial is shorter than some competitors

Pricing Plans

  • Outreach Starter: $25/mo
  • Outreach Pro: $69/mo
  • Outreach Scale: $139/mo
  • Outreach Scale Plus: $209/mo

Every Saleshandy plan includes unlimited email accounts, unlimited clients, unlimited warm-up, CRM access, and AI features. Lead Finder credits start at $29/mo if you want to use the 852M+ database.

There is also a 7-day free trial with 50 free lead finder credits — no credit card required.

What Users Have to Say?

“Saleshandy stands out for its ease of use, intuitive interface, and powerful automation features. Setting up cold email sequences is quick and seamless, and the platform offers AI powered tools like the Sequence Copilot and Lead Finder, which save time and improve targeting.”

2. Lemlist

G2: 4.7/5 ⭐

Best For: Teams that want deep personalization across multichannel sequences with custom images, videos, and dynamic landing pages.

Lemlist  is one of the strongest Instantly competitors on this list, and for a specific reason. No other tool on this list lets you build the kind of hyper-personalized campaigns that Lemlist does.

You can create automated multichannel sequences across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and calls. But what sets Lemlist apart is the personalization layer.

You can add custom images, YouTube thumbnails, and even dynamic landing pages directly inside your sequences. This helps your outreach feel human at scale, which directly impacts engagement rates.

One of my favorite features is the AI icebreaker.

It analyzes your prospect’s data and generates personalized opening lines at scale. I have tested similar features on other tools, and the quality of Lemlist’s output is noticeably better.

Lemlist has also added lemAgent, an AI agent that handles reply intent detection, AI-generated responses, and out-of-office detection automatically. This is a meaningful upgrade from what the platform offered even six months ago.

So if you are looking for an Instantly.ai alternative and your priority is running true multichannel campaigns with personalization that goes beyond merge tags, Lemlist is a strong fit.

But there are trade-offs.

Where Lemlist gets expensive

Lemlist uses per-user pricing, and it adds up fast as your team grows.

The Email plan starts at $31/user/mo (annual). But this only gives you email sequences. If you want LinkedIn automation, SMS, calling, and the full multichannel workflow, you need the Multichannel plan at $87/user/mo (annual).

For a five-person outbound team on the Multichannel plan, that is $435/mo. A ten-person team is $870/mo. Compare that to Saleshandy, where the Outreach Starter covers unlimited users at $25/mo.

Lemlist also uses a credit-based enrichment model. Finding an email costs 5 credits ($0.05 per find), and phone numbers cost 20 credits ($0.20 each). These costs are small individually but add up at volume, especially if you are prospecting thousands of contacts per month.

For agencies, the picture is tighter. Custom user roles, permissions, and credit assignment are only available on the Enterprise plan, which is custom-priced.

Pros of Lemlist

  • UI and UX are very intuitive
  • It has a built in email warm up tool called Lemwarm
  • You can manage all your client conversations from all channels and senders in one centralized inbox
  • Lemlist offers a variety of B2B lead databases of six hundred million plus
  • Works smoothly with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive

Cons of Lemlist

  • To add unlimited team members you need to buy a custom plan
  • Users on G2 say the learning curve is steep for a few features
  • Pricing plans are not suitable for low budget teams

Pricing Plans

  • Email: $31/user/mo
  • Multichannel: $87/user/mo
  • Enterprise: Custom

For a detailed pricing breakdown of Lemlist, read this blog.

What Users Have to Say?

“I think Lemlist offers an incredibly versatile range of use cases. With the integration of AI, WhatsApp, and even phone options, the platform basically covers everything you need for a well structured outreach process.”

3. Woodpecker

G2: 4.4/5 ⭐

Best For: Small teams and beginners who want a simple cold email tool with basic LinkedIn steps.

Another Instantly Alternative on my list is Woodpecker

You can create automated email and LinkedIn sequences in Woodpecker, but for cold calling, you need to add tasks manually.

Similar to Instantly, it lets you connect unlimited email accounts.

But it limits how many emails you can actually send based on your contacted prospects tier.

When I was setting up my sequence, I found the interface very easy to navigate.

You can launch condition-based campaigns without any confusion, which is a plus for teams that do not want a steep learning curve.

However, you can only A/B-test 5 variants in a single sequence.

Woodpecker has improved its base plan significantly in 2026. Features that used to be paid add-ons, like warm-up, Lead Finder credits, unlimited team members, and catch-all verification, are now included free.

That is a notable shift from the add-on-heavy pricing model the platform was known for.

That said, many features still cost extra. Integrations require a $20/mo add-on.

LinkedIn automation is $29/mo per connected account. And for agencies, the client panel costs $27/mo per active client with white-labeling at $5/mo per client on top.

So Woodpecker is a good fit if you are a small team looking for a straightforward Instantly alternative with a clean UI.

But once you start adding channels and agency features, the costs stack up quickly.

Pros of Woodpecker

  • Simple and intuitive interface
  • The customer support team responds quickly
  • Integrations with Gmail, Outlook, Salesforce, and HubSpot
  • Clear reports and analytics to track key metrics

Cons of Woodpecker

  • Many users on G2 say the warm up does not work properly
  • The B2B database is not reliable and users have complained about a limited database, bugs, and slow performance
  • Pricing becomes expensive if you manage many mailboxes or need a higher sending volume

Pricing Plans

Woodpecker uses a slider-based pricing model with no fixed tier names.

The base plan starts at $24/mo (annual) for 500 contacted prospects per month, which includes 8,000 emails, 2,000 stored prospects, 2 free warm-up accounts, 100 Lead Finder credits, and unlimited team members.

Additional prospects cost roughly $5 per 100 contacts per month on annual billing.

Key add-on costs:

  • Agency panel: $27/mo per active client
  • White-labeling: $5/mo per active client
  • LinkedIn automation: $29/mo per connected account
  • API, webhooks, and integrations: $20/mo

You can also check out Woodpecker alternatives.

What Users Have to Say?

“Woodpecker makes scheduling, personalizing, and analyzing emails easy, all in one place. With its simple UI and helpful features like A B testing, template management, and analytics, our team saves hours every week, reaches more prospects, and boosts response rates.”

4. Smartlead

G2: 4.5/5 ⭐

Best For: High volume senders who want unlimited accounts and deliverability tools similar to Instantly.

One of the Instantly alternatives that comes close to its functionality is Smartlead.

Just like Instantly, Smartlead gives you unlimited email accounts and the ability to send a high volume of emails with inbox rotation.

Smartlead is also known for strong deliverability features, including automated inbox rotation and dynamic IP addresses, which help improve inbox placement rates at scale.

It also offers pre-warmed accounts, just like Instantly, so you can purchase pre-warmed inboxes and start sending cold emails right away.

However, on Reddit, many users have reported that SmartSenders have negatively affected the deliverability of their campaigns. That is worth testing carefully before committing.

I also found the interface outdated when compared to other cold email tools on this list. Navigation is not intuitive, and the learning curve is steeper than it needs to be.

One important thing to note: Smartlead’s warm-up is not free on all plans. On the Base ($32/mo) and Pro ($78/mo) plans, warm-up is a paid add-on at $59/mo.

It is only included free on the Unlimited Smart ($144/mo) and Prime ($315/mo) tiers.

This is a significant hidden cost that many users do not realize until after signing up, and it is a key area where Saleshandy and Instantly both offer a better deal with warm-up included on every plan.

For a full feature-by-feature breakdown of how this Instantly competitor compares, read this blog: Instantly vs Smartlead.

Pros of Smartlead

  • You can send intent based follow ups with subsequence features
  • Native integrations with popular CRMs like HubSpot and third party tools like Clay
  • It has a built in CRM to manage your entire sales process

Cons of Smartlead

  • It does not have a B2B database
  • The interface is not intuitive
  • Despite having deliverability features, some users say emails still land in spam even after warm ups

Pricing Plans

  • Base: $32/mo
  • Pro: $78/mo
  • Unlimited Smart: $144/mo
  • Unlimited Prime: $315/mo

Smartlead offers a 14-day free trial.

You can get the detailed breakdown of Smartlead’s pricing in this blog.

What Users Have to Say?

“The volume Smartlead can handle is wild. I am running 30 plus inboxes with warm up, sequencing, and deliverability optimization all under one roof. The campaign builder is super flexible, and I can run multivariate tests without breaking a sweat for my clients.”

5. Apollo

G2: 4.7/5 ⭐

Best For: Users who want strong prospecting and data research features with basic outreach capabilities.

You should consider Apollo as an Instantly alternative if you want better prospecting capabilities along with simple outreach features.

Apollo combines an extensive contact database with email and multi-channel sequence automation.

Along with Waterfall Enrichment, Apollo provides Intent Topics and Intent Filters, prospecting features that Instantly does not offer.

These let you prioritize accounts showing buying signals, which is valuable for teams running account-based outreach.

That said, I found creating sequences, making calls, and completing tasks inside Apollo a bit messy. The interface tries to do a lot, and the outreach workflow does not feel as polished as dedicated cold email platforms.

Another feature I found useful is Apollo’s AI research. It provides insights into your prospects, reducing manual research time and helping you craft more targeted messages.

Apollo has also brought back email warm-up on paid plans. The Deliverability Suite now includes warm-up, though it is not as robust as what you get with Saleshandy’s TrulyInbox or Instantly’s built-in warm-up.

If you run an agency, Apollo is not the best fit. It does not offer dedicated agency features, client management, or white-labeling.

Get a detailed breakdown of Instantly vs Apollo

Pros of Apollo.io

  • AI assisted email writing tool with persona builder and enrichment options
  • Direct CRM sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, Outlook, and Zapier
  • Features for inbound leads like website visitor tracking, form enrichment, and builder
  • Access to a US Dialer

Cons of Apollo.io

  • The interface is clunky and overcrowded
  • Users have complained about data inaccuracy and outdated contact records
  • Customer support is slow and inconsistent

Pricing Plans

  • Free: $0 (900 credits/seat/year)
  • Basic: $49/seat/mo
  • Professional: $79/seat/mo
  • Organization: $119/seat/mo (min 3 seats)

What Users Have to Say?

“I find Apollo.io to be incredibly useful for generating leads for business purposes. It helps me make lists for campaigns, schedule calls, and manage deals more efficiently than traditional methods. I am impressed with how well I can keep track of emails, including whether they have been opened or marked as spam.”

6. Klenty

G2: 4.6/5 ⭐

Best For:SDR teams that want AI-powered multichannel cadences with adaptive playbooks and behavioral triggers

Klenty is a sales engagement platform that approaches cold outreach differently from most tools on this list of Instantly.ai alternatives.

Instead of just automating sequences, Klenty uses AI-powered playbooks that adapt based on how prospects engage with your emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages.

When I tested Klenty, the standout feature was the adaptive cadence system. If a prospect opens your email but does not reply, Klenty can automatically shift them into a different sequence, change the messaging angle, or escalate to a different channel. This kind of behavioral intelligence is something Instantly does not offer.

The multichannel workflow covers email, calls (via Dial IQ with parallel and power dialing), LinkedIn tasks, and SMS.

I found the call functionality particularly strong. The parallel dialer can handle up to 350 calls per hour, which is impressive for teams doing heavy outbound calling alongside email.

That said, Klenty uses per-user pricing, which gets expensive for larger teams. The Startup plan at $50/user/mo is email-only with no CRM integration.

To get multichannel cadences, you need the Growth plan at $70/user/mo. And advanced reporting, intent tracking, and coaching dashboards require the Plus plan at $99/user/mo.

Klenty also does not have a built-in lead database comparable to Saleshandy or Apollo. You need a separate data provider to build prospect lists, which adds to your total stack cost.

Pros of Klenty

  • AI-powered adaptive playbooks that adjust sequences based on prospect behavior
  • Multichannel cadences across email, calls, LinkedIn, and SMS from one screen
  • Parallel and power dialer Dial IQ capable of 350+ calls per hour
  • Strong CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho with bi-directional sync
  • Built-in email warm-up and deliverability monitoring
  • 14-day free trial with no credit card required

Cons of Klenty

  • Per-user pricing ($50 to $99/user/mo) gets expensive for larger teams
  • Startup plan is email-only with no CRM integration
  • No built-in B2B lead database. Requires a separate data provider

Pricing Plans

  • Startup: $50/user/mo
  • Growth: $70/user/mo
  • Plus: $99/user/mo

All prices are annual billing. Monthly billing costs significantly more. Klenty offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

What Users Have to Say?

“Klenty is a solid outbound sales automation tool with strong email sequencing, LinkedIn automation, and CRM integrations. It’s easy to use and effective for scaling cold outreach.”

7. Snov.io

G2: 4.5/5 ⭐

Best For: Users who want email finding plus simple multichannel outreach at a budget-friendly price point.

The next Instantly alternative on my list is Snov.io.

It allows you to find emails and automate multichannel sequences from one platform.

You can create cold email and LinkedIn sequences, and with Snov.io, you can add unlimited follow-ups, email campaigns with AI, sender accounts, and mailbox rotation on all paid plans.

While exploring the product during the free trial, I was impressed with the drip campaign builder.

It shows your sequence in a clean flowchart style, making it easy to visualize how your multichannel sequence will play out before you launch it.

Snov.io also includes a full deliverability toolkit that many Instantly competitors charge extra for: email placement testing, DNS records check, sender scoring, blacklist detection, spam word check, and SpamAssassin analysis. All of this comes included on paid plans.

The main limitation is that LinkedIn automation is a separate add-on at $69/mo per LinkedIn account slot.

And on the Starter plan, warm-up is limited to just 3 accounts at 15 messages per day, which is too low for most teams. You need a Pro plan or above for unlimited warm-up accounts.

Pros of Snov.io

  • It offers a multichannel outreach across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and calls
  • Native CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, and others
  • Detailed analytics for clear reporting insight
  • User friendly for daily outreach with task automation to save time

Cons of Snov.io

  • Some users reported that the email finder is not responsive on LinkedIn
  • The platform lacks many direct integrations
  • Reporting and visibility features are limited

Pricing Plans

  • Starter: $29.25/mo
  • Pro S: $74.25/mo
  • Pro M: $141.75/mo
  • Pro L: $276.75/mo

What Users Have to Say?

“Snov.io makes it easy to find, verify, and reach out to leads all in one place. The platform is simple to navigate, and the email sequencing and automation features help save time for our team.”

8. Reply.io

G2: 4.6/5 ⭐

Best For: Teams that want AI-powered SDR automation with multichannel outreach across email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Reply.io is one of the strongest AI-powered alternatives to Instantly.ai on this list.

On the Email Volume plan, you can add unlimited mailboxes and send unlimited emails. Multichannel sequences cover email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS, and semi-automated WhatsApp.

The standout feature is Jason, Reply’s AI SDR agent. Jason can find prospects from Reply’s database, generate personalized sequences, handle initial responses, and even book meetings. I found the AI personalization quality decent, though it still needs human review for high-stakes outreach.

Reply.io has restructured its pricing significantly in 2026.

The Email Volume plan now starts at $49/user/mo for 1,000 active contacts. The Multichannel plan starts at $89/user/mo and includes LinkedIn automation, calls, and SMS built in.

But the biggest change is that Jason AI SDR is now a standalone product line starting at $500/mo.

For agencies, the AI SDR plan costs $500/mo per client. These are premium price points that put Reply.io’s full AI capabilities out of reach for smaller teams.

Reply.io also offers a deliverability toolkit with warm-up and email health monitoring included on all plans, which is competitive with what Instantly offers.

Pros of Reply.io

  • AI SDR agent (Jason) that can find prospects and handle responses automatically
  • Multichannel sequences across email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS, and WhatsApp in one workflow
  • AI-generated sequences with smart variables and custom email personalization at scale
  • Built-in deliverability toolkit with inbox warm-up and email health monitoring

Cons of Reply.io

  • Many users have reported bugs, technical issues, and slow customer support
  • Compliance and LinkedIn automation may carry risks like GDPR issues or account locks. Lower priced plans have limited features
  • Many people have complained about LinkedIn automation causing account lock issues

Pricing Plans

  • Email Volume: $49/user/mo
  • Multichannel: $89/user/mo

Here are the add ons 👇🏼

  • AI SDR: Starts at $500/mo (1,000 active contacts). Growth plan at $1,500/mo (5,000 contacts).
  • Agency: Core from $210/mo. Agency AI SDR from $500/mo per client.
  • LinkedIn automation is $69/mo per account (add-on on Email Volume plan, included on Multichannel).
  • Calls and SMS are $29/mo per account (add-on on Email Volume, included on Multichannel).

Check out these Reply.io Alternatives

What Users Have to Say?

“Reply.io offers a wide set of outreach options across different channels. What our team values most is the ability to run automatic LinkedIn steps as part of a full multichannel sequence without disrupting anything. That is a huge bonus compared to many other platforms.”

Which Instantly Alternative Should You Actually Pick?

After testing all 8 tools, here is what I’d recommend based on your situation:

Before choosing any alternative, to Instantly ask yourself these questions

1. What am I paying for separately that should come built-in?

If you’re stacking subscriptions for outreach, lead database, and CRM, you need a platform that bundles them. That’s the core problem most Instantly users are trying to solve.

2. Am I going to scale in the next 6 months?

If yes, pick a tool where pricing doesn’t punish growth. Per-user fees, per-client workspaces, and credit-based systems will drain your budget as you add volume.

3. Do I need multichannel?

If yes, then go for a tool that allows you to reach out to your prospects through multiple channels.

Once you’re clear on these three, the right tool on this list becomes obvious.

There is no single “best” tool for everyone.

But if I had to pick one that covers the most ground for the widest range of outbound teams, it would be Saleshandy, and I’d suggest starting with the free trial to see if it fits your workflow before committing.

So, Which Is the Instantly.ai Alternative?

I have concluded my unbiased review of all the Instantly alternatives!

So, which one is the best Instantly alternative?

Well, the answer depends on your outbound requirements.

Do you want to scale your cold email outreach, do multi-channel targeting, or streamline your entire sales process?

However, if you are still unsure which of these Instantly alternatives to choose, you can sign up for Saleshandy. It has a 7-day free trial, which can help you make a decision faster.

FAQs

1. Which alternative to Instantly is best for agencies?

Saleshandy is the most cost-effective Instantly alternative for agencies. On Scale plans ($139/mo+), you can add unlimited clients with white-labeling included, no per-client fees, and unlimited team members.

Most other Instantly competitors charge per client or per workspace, which makes costs unpredictable as your agency grows.

2. Does Instantly have a free trial?

Instantly’s pricing page does not prominently mention a free trial as of June 2026. The page shows “Get Started” buttons that go directly to signup.

For comparison, Saleshandy offers a 7-day free trial with 50 free leads, Lemlist and Woodpecker offer 14-day trials, and Smartlead offers a 14-day trial.

3. Is Instantly still good for cold email in 2026?

Instantly is still a capable cold email sending tool with strong warm-up infrastructure and inbox rotation.

The challenge is that everything beyond email sending, like the lead database, CRM, inbox placement testing, and AI features, requires separate subscriptions.

For teams that only need email sending, Instantly works well. For teams that want prospecting, CRM, and deliverability included, Instantly.ai alternatives like Saleshandy or Lemlist offer more value in a single plan.

4. Does Instantly include a CRM?

Instantly has a CRM product, but it is not included with the outreach plan. It is a separate product with its own pricing.

If you want outreach and CRM together, Saleshandy includes a built-in outbound CRM (currently free) on all outreach plans. Smartlead and Snov.io also include built-in CRMs on their base plans.

5. What is the cheapest Instantly alternative?

Based on annual billing, Woodpecker ($24/mo) and Saleshandy ($25/mo) are the most affordable Instantly alternatives.

However, Saleshandy includes more at the base level (unlimited email accounts, unlimited warm-up, CRM access, AI features), while Woodpecker’s base plan is limited to 500 contacted prospects per month and charges extra for integrations, LinkedIn automation, and agency features.

6. Can I use Instantly alternatives for multichannel outreach?

Yes. Several Instantly alternatives support multichannel outreach beyond email. Lemlist, Klenty, Reply.io, and Snov.io all offer LinkedIn, calling, and SMS capabilities as part of their workflow.

Saleshandy supports multichannel sequence steps for email, LinkedIn, calls, and WhatsApp, with a separate dialer add-on for calling. Instantly itself is primarily an email-focused tool without native LinkedIn or SMS automation.

8. What is the best cold email tool with a built-in lead database?

Saleshandy has the largest built-in database at 852M+ verified B2B contacts with real-time verification. Lemlist offers 650M+ leads included on all plans.

Apollo provides a large database as well, though the exact size is not stated on their current pricing page. Instantly offers 450M+ contacts through its separate Credits plan. Smartlead and Klenty do not include a built-in lead database.
